Microsoft wants to introduce a new feature to its system. It is to enable the reinstallation of clean Windows without the need for external devices.
Cloud Download is to enable system recovery directly from an online cloud. Thanks to this, all our data, files and important information no longer need a physical medium to be restored.
Microsoft Surface laptops can now boast a similar function. The desktop version is not yet officially available and although it has already been implemented into the test versions of Windows, it is not yet activated.
So when will the new feature be put into use? Everything indicates that soon. Microsoft really took to heart the desire to “catch up” in useful solutions from Apple. There, cloud recovery has been available for a long time.
