- F2 – Renames a file selected in Windows Explorer;
- F3 – Opens the search window;
- F4 – Opens the address bar to enter a folder path;
- Shift + F10 – Performs the same function as clicking the right mouse button.

- F1 – Opens the browser help tab;

How F Keys Work in Word
- F1 – Opens the help tab;
- F2 – Moves the selected word (select a word, press the F2 key, move the mouse pointer to the desired part of the text and click Enter);
- Shift + F3 – Changes the selected text to upper or lower case letters .;
- F4 – Repeat the last command executed;
- F7 – Check the spelling;
- Shift + F7 – Opens the thesaurus;
- F8 – When pressed twice, selects the last word. When pressed 3, selects the phrase. When pressed 4, selects the paragraph and when pressed 5, selects the entire text;
- F12 – Opens the “Save as” option.
