To Change Account Lockout Duration for Fusion Application Users
Steps
1. Login to Oracle Directory Services Manager (ODSM) as orcladmin user.
2. Look for the Default Password Policy.
(cn=default,cn=pwdPolicies,cn=Common,cn=Products,cn=OracleContext,dc=us,dc=oracle,dc=com)
3. Click on the Account Lockout tab.
4. Change the Global Lockout Duration from 86400 seconds (24 hours) to the desired value in seconds. e.g. For 5 minute lockout set this value to 300 seconds.
NOTE: The change is effective immediately and does not require OID services restart.
