The Facebook offers a feature called “login by profile photo” that can leave the privacy of your account vulnerable social network. This is because the function allows you to save your login and password to connect with just one click on your image on the Facebook desktop screen.

The feature works similar to one-touch access on a mobile phone, but on the computer, your account is exposed to anyone who uses the PC browser to sign in to the platform. To ensure your safety, please be aware that you can disable this feature and remove your photo from the recent Facebook login screen.
Step 1. When accessing the Facebook page, note that your profile photo will be displayed for access. Hover over the image and then click the “X” icon to remove it from the home screen;
Step 2. Removing the photo from the home screen is not enough: you need to disable the feature in your account settings so that the image will not appear again. To do this, log in to Facebook and click on the “arrow” menu, located at the top right. Select “Settings“;
Step 3. In the left side menu click on “Security and login”. Then find the Login item “Login with your profile photo” and select “Edit“;
Step 4. To remove the feature confirm in “Remove account”;
Step 5. Done. When you access your Facebook page from your computer, your profile picture will no longer appear to sign you in.
