If after these instructions you still need help removing the lock or have other problems with your device, please read this article carefully. It should be immediately noted that after a hard reset from the phone, the tablet will only delete data from the internal memory. It’s located on SD files, photos, music, video etc. remain intact.

Method 1. How to reset settings to Android via Recovery

The first method is suitable for those who do not turn on the device at all, malfunction or need to restore access to the smartphone system:

1. Turn off the device.

2. Now you need to go into recovery mode. To do this, you need to hold down a certain key combination before starting the screen. Depending on the device manufacturer, the connection may vary:

  • Volume down + power button
  • Increase the volume + power button
  • Volume up / down + button on button + Home button
  • Increase the volume + decrease the volume + power button

4. Then select “Yes – delete all user data“.
