Method 1. How to reset settings to Android via Recovery
The first method is suitable for those who do not turn on the device at all, malfunction or need to restore access to the smartphone system:
1. Turn off the device.
2. Now you need to go into recovery mode. To do this, you need to hold down a certain key combination before starting the screen. Depending on the device manufacturer, the connection may vary:
- Volume down + power button
- Increase the volume + power button
- Volume up / down + button on button + Home button
- Increase the volume + decrease the volume + power button

Use the up and down buttons to move up and down accordingly, and confirm the selection with the on / off button. On newer devices, the Recovery menu may be touch sensitive.
3. Select the item “clear data / restore factory settings“.
4. Then select “Yes – delete all user data“.
So you agree to clear the internal memory of your smartphone / tablet.
5. And at the end of the “restart system now“.
