- Then open Run window Either from start menu search for Run or use the shortcut Key Win+R
- Once Run window opened enter %appdata% or Navigate to
C:\users\user ID\AppData\Roaming\SAS\EnterpriseGuide.
- Now rename the Folder available inside EnterpriseGuide folder.Such as if you have 7.1 SAS EG installed in your system then there is folder 7.1 Simply rename the folder to 7.1_old and try to open new SAS EG application.
