Avi2DVD is one of the best programs to put DVD movies for free. It relies on several codecs and free software included in its installation package to provide the user with a quick and easy way to convert the most important DVD video file formats that can be played on any player.
It has a very simple interface, and it’s easy to use, where you can set all the parameters of the video DVD. The program is for Windows operating systems only.

AVStoDVD (Windows)
Similar to Avi2DVD, AVStoDVD allows you to convert AVI formats and other video files to DVD. It is completely free and supports programs such as AviSynth, QuEnc / HCenc / ReJig / FFmpeg and BatchMux to create DVDs with interactive menus and custom captions. The obtained DVDs can be saved as image files and burned with other special programs.
