How to use WhatsApp Web [scan QR Code]

1. On Android , open the app and tap the menu button, located in the upper right corner, and then WhatsApp Web ;
2. On the iPhone , open the app and tap on the Settings menu and then on  Web / Desktop ;
3. Touch Scan QR Code ;
4. If you have not yet granted it, give permission to access the camera ;
5. Point the phone at the code on the computer screen ;
6. Ready! WhatsApp will automatically read it.

If it doesn’t work, try to increase the computer’s brightness; also try to move the phone away from or closer to the screen so the camera can focus on the QR code. It is important that your phone’s camera is working perfectly for use in the browser.

If the app is not allowed to access the camera …

It is easy to solve. Look that:

• On Android: go to Settings> Applications> WhatsApp> Permissions and check the Camera option ;
• On the iPhone : go to Settings> WhatsApp and check the Camera option;
