Convert JPG images to PDF on Windows PC or online. For whatever reason you want to create a PDF from one or more Jpeg images, it is easy to do on Windows or using an online PDF converter. You also don’t need to install any software.

Convert JPG to PDF Windows
If you have Windows 8.1 or later, you will have a built-in PDF printer. If you have an older version, such as Windows 7, simply download and install Adobe Reader DC to get the same feature.
We use Windows 10 here, which includes Microsoft Print to PDF .
First, open Windows File Explorer (the shortcut is Windows + E ).
Navigate to the desired Jpeg files. You can select multiple files by holding down Ctrl and clicking on each of them. Obviously, the files need to be in the same directory to get started.
Now right-click on any of the selected files and choose Print .
This opens the Windows embedded print wizard. Here you have to change the printer to Microsoft Print to PDF . If this is missing from the list, install Adobe Reader DC as mentioned above.
You can use the options available in the wizard to place multiple images on each page of the PDF file, and you can even change the page size from A4 to another size.
After you have set all the options, click Print .
You will see that the printing process happens just as if the file was normally printed, but at the end a box will appear asking you where you want to save the PDF file. You will also need to enter a file name.
Click the Save button and the PDF will be created, ready to be sent to anyone you want.

If you prefer, you can use an online converter to convert multiple Jpeg files into a single PDF. Or you can create a PDF from a single image.
